Hi, and welcome to keith’s Memphis Style BBQ truck!
Keith Laxton, owner of Keith’s Memphis BBQ truck is
from Memphis, TN, the home of real southern BBQ.
For the last 25 years he has been in the Medical Sales industry. But Keith never got away from BBQ smoking. He has owned several restaurants and competed on BBQ
competition teams for 14 years. His love for smoking BBQ has now turned into a business. Keith wants everyone to experience the joy of eating his pulled
pork, ribs, and brisket.
The flavor is unbeatable and the smell while it is smoking is well…….just heavenly! A food truck has always been in the back of his mind, but it was his family that pushed him into buying one. And he is so glad he did..
